Questions

General Products

We export agricultural products, horticultural goods, semi-processed items, and fully processed products. This includes seeds, herbs, dried fruits, botanical materials, spices, oils, flours, teas, and other plant-based commodities.

MOQ varies by product category. Agricultural products typically start from 5–10 MT, while processed and specialty
goods may start from 500 kg to 1 MT. Mixed orders can be consolidated based on buyer requirements.

Payment Terms

We support Telegraphic Transfer (TT) with 30–50% advance and balance before shipment or against documents, Irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC), Documentary Collection (DP/DA) for established buyers, and escrow options where required. All payment terms are agreed before processing begins.

We export under FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA, and EXW, depending on the product, destination, and buyer preference.

Quality Inspection

We work with vetted suppliers and processing facilities, using structured sorting, grading, moisture control,
and pre-shipment inspection. Buyers can receive photos, videos, and, where applicable, test or inspection reports
before shipment.

We check moisture, impurities, color, aroma, physical cleanliness, packaging integrity, and weight accuracy. Pre-loading photos or videos can be provided as part of our verification process.

Documentation Compliance

Yes. We provide all required core documents, which may include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin,
Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate (where required), Quality/Inspection Report, and Bill of Lading.

We ship to buyers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Africa, subject to each country’s import regulations and product-specific requirements.

Packaging, Customisation Mixed Orders

Long-Term Supply & Disputes

Yes. We work with distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers who require recurring supply across different product categories. Long-term arrangements can include volume planning, pricing structures, and scheduled deliveries.

We encourage pre-shipment inspection to prevent issues. If goods arrive with a genuine, documented discrepancy from agreed specifications, we will review the evidence and address it in line with the contract terms and agreed resolution process.
